Order Processing

All orders are processed within 0–1 business day after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier operations, public holidays, or other factors beyond reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Tracking information, when available, will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Please allow sufficient time for tracking updates to appear, as shipping carriers may require time to update tracking information.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information before placing an order.

Orders cannot be guaranteed for delivery if incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided.

Delivery Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Returned items should be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories where applicable.
